The Arkhosian Clans

Since its creation Arkhosia has been ruled by an Emperor. This ruler is chosen by whichever clan is declared “Most Favorable for the Empire”, by the other clans and rules until death or until the clans decide they have become unfit for rule. Any clan votes that result in ties are decided by the Emperor, unless it involves the Emperor, then its broken by the head of the Imperial Guard.
